A sports massage is for the athlete who is looking to further his game. Focusing on the groups of muscles used for your sport, this massage works out any soreness, improves performance, and gets you ready for the next competition. The massage includes deep tissue, trigger point, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching.
