Deep Tissue Massage is a massage designed to relieve sore muscles, especially those that are used regularly or in a repetitive fashion. In addition, it focuses on the muscles that are not superficial, but rather under-layer muscles. It is not uncommon to feel fatigued or slightly sore muscles (similar to a strenuous workout) the day after a deep tissue massage.
